Alex Jacoby | Craniosacral Therapist

I completed a 4-year diploma in osteopathy at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London in 1988, then practised as a registered osteopath in New Zealand from 1988 to 2011, and in Norway from 2011 to 2026 as a member of the Norwegian Osteopathic Association. 

I have trained extensively in cranial osteopathy at a postgraduate level, and was fortunate to meet many legendary teachers on those courses. I have also taught on those courses myself. 

I now bring this depth of experience to my practice as a craniosacral therapist in Oslo and Eidsvoll, with an approach always shaped by an understanding of the nervous system, trauma history, and the body's innate capacity to self-heal.
